NOS in the original not opened bag, it is now. It is very nice. No stains No damage. This is genuine leather and stitched nicely.Approximately 8" x 3" x 5" Has those 2 thin steel plates in the back side to attach to the bike. The instructions here show this as a windshield bag. Has a production date of 1997 here....
