This is made by Kuryakyn and is designed to allow the new lighted rear accessories from Kuryakyn to be a plug and play installation on the 2001-2010 Goldwings. One of these is required for any Kuryakyn new rear lighted accessory such as the K3233 or the K3240 to be installed on the older GL1800's.
