The item for sale is the 1985 Honda Spree NQ 50 Scooter - Handle Bar. It is difficult to tell, but these handlebars appear to be straight and in good usable condition. There is some surface rust, along with some wear. All the mounting brackets appear to be in good shape and are intact. Please see photos.
