I'M PRETTY SURE THIS IS NOS, BUT IT HAS BEEN STORED POORLY, THERE ARE STREAKS ON THE PAINT. I WIPED IT OFF WITH SOAPY WATER, BUT NO RESULTS. I BELIEVE THAT SOME SORT OF COMPOUND/WAX MIGHT REMOVE IT.
