Lacks injector pump and inject pump cover. The serial number is 451-100212 which I listed as part # also. Upper rear area of the magneto cover is broken out and is missing. The ends of two fins near the spark plug hole are broken off. Kick-started and shifter splines are good.though the engine lacks a fly wheel,a spare magneto is supplied that has the proper foot number is 2471. It appears to fit properly but needs cleaning due to some black preservative on it. The motor does turn. See photos an...
