This is an OEM tool box / tool storage tray for a Kawasaki GPZ550 and KZ550 (81-82-83), OEM part number 32098-1005. Includes pictured OEM tool box tray in good overall condition. Dusty but intact. No cracks, cuts, etc. Tabs appear to be in good shape. Minor cosmetic wear here and there (see pictures).
