Arlen Ness Air Cleaner Backing Plate & Breather Bolts from 18-505 DAMAGED AS IS This air cleaner looks like it was installed on a bike that I believe was wrecked. One of the 3 filter mounting bolt holes has been broken out where the filter standoff bolts sits. The backing plate looks like it's not damaged otherwise, but you would probably need some spacers or modification to make the filter sit just right on the backing plate.
