Triumph and BSA during their fatal final years managed to add this retainer to the front fender of their Oil In Frame (OIF) models. According to period parts manuals, fenders fitted to BSA and Triumph OIF 650 twins had this front brake cable retainer. They likely ran out of these little folkers.
