This was designed to mount over the spare tire on the Bajaj Chetak Scooter. It may fit Vintage Vespa's with some modifications. Spare tire folding rear rack. Please ensure this part fits your application prior to ordering. It has been so long since we have mounted these we don't remember what hardware is needed. We send a couple of threaded "J Hooks" that will be used but you may need to source additional parts at a hardware store....
