Unsure what motorcycle this tank is from. Possibly Yamaha 250 or 360 but you will have to determine fitment. Tank has rust, dents, peeling paint, etc. Does include cap. Original color was red but has been painted. May be a good candidate for restoration. The inside of the tank looks like it has been (poorly) seal with red-kote.
