The high lift 110 TOM SIFTON cam for EL and FL Knucklehead models alike is a 450 lift grind. The rockers wont hit the rocker housings internally if the valve stem length is correct. This is a faithful reproduction of the famous and widely appreciated SIFTON 110 450 lift hop in replacement street cam in the early 1960's and 70'.
