You are purchasing a USA-made set of 1211 primary cover screws you will get 10 screws and 10 lock washers. These are 10-32 NF x 5/8” filister head philips drive screws used on the primary covers from 1936 to 1964. These are “correct” for 1956 to 1964 FL and FLH Panhead models which used cad plated philips drive filister head screws according to Bruce Palmer in his How To Restore Your Harley Davidson book.
