Custom manufactured H-D bumper rail mount eye-bolts / stanchions / stand-offs. The stanchions use a pull-tight cinch, when the mounting nuts are tightened to the fender. The inner diameter is 1/2", which can accomodate 7/16"-1/2" rod. These custom bumper mounts were painstakingly created to add faceted glass reflectors / gems, which sparkle in the sunlight and reflect light at night. No expense was spared.
