You are purchasing:Four ea. Chandler Products CP-1038 cold head bolts, Harley OEM# 3974, 5/16”-24 x 3/4”; Four ea. 5/16”-24 x 17/64” x 1/2” hex nut, Harley OEM# 7752; Four ea. 5/16” split lock washers Harley OEM# 7040.These are all cad plated, not zinc. These bolts are used to mount windshields, saddlebag rails, used as a replacement for the 3956 5/16”-24 x 9/16 bolt which I’ve not been able to source. 10 each were used on the Royalite bubble bag mounts on Duo-Glides & Sportsters...
