Fuel or gas tank mounting hardware kit for the fatbob style gas tank used from 1936 to 1975 on big twin EL, UL, FL, and even early FX. As the bolts are CP-1038, they would be "correct" from roughly 1949 to 1967 or so, but will certainly work for any '36 to '75 big twin with fat bob tanks. I believe they used cad plated hardware in the late 1950's and 1960's though which is what you are buying here.
