Harley FL/FLH Shovelhead Primary Inspection Plate With Arm (OEM, 1965-76) Left side plate & arm, correct for FL Panhead and Shovelheads, 1965-'76. For '77-later, a different set of brackets was used. Original finish is worn and dated, and there is some blemishing on the plate face. But plate remains square. Arm fitment on splined stud is very firm, but they do separate using a drift.
