You are purchasing a handlebar spiral kit for custom bars from Flanders, Hellings & Stellings, Comiskey, Superior, etc. period aftermarket bars used on spring fork and Hydra-Glide front end Harley-Davidson models from 1930 or so until well into the 1970's. Works with any 1" bars using the standard 1936-1948 style push/pull plugs for internal throttle and spark control. Comes as shown.
