Overall not a bad seat in my opinion. The seat pan has cracked, just below the front mount plate. The cover looks good, not ripped or torn and the foam is not stiff. I see these bring $250-300 repeatedly. The seat pan could be repaired/reinforced - fiberglass or some kind of epoxy and a reinforcement. See photos for more details.
