You are purchasing one European-made reproduction saddlebag set (you get a right and left bag) for 1934-1957 rigid frame Harley-Davidson models with full skirt rear fenders. These first appeared in 1948, so technically, these are "correct" for 1948-1957 but the half moon mounting plates will fit VL, RL, Knucklehead, Panhead, and 45 civilian W models through 1957.
