You are purchasing one European made reproduction of the timer, circuit breaker, or distributor cover for 1936-1965 Harley-Davidson twin motorcycles including Knucklehead, UL, Panhead, WL, and Servicar models. The cover is parkerized and would have been correct for at least some of the WW-II production era on both military bikes and civilian bikes as allowed under WPA restrictions.
