You are purchasing a new USA made reproduction buddy seat yoke spring clip or hook for all Harley-Davidson big twins from 1947-1957 including Knucklehead, Panhead & UL. This is different than the earlier 1936-46 type as this has a hooked end rather than open end like the earlier style. This measures right at 4 3/8" long. This is parkerized.
