European-made head cone lock nut which is a spot on replacement for Harley-Davidson 1936-48 big twin models including Knucklehead and big twin flathead U models. This is an exact reproduction of the original part and will give you a precision fit. Parkerized would have been a correct finish during war years but looks really great on a bobber or your daily rider. I'm not entirely certain at what point this nut may have been cadmium plated, I do believe the ones on 1936 models may have been nickel...
