Everything show with the exception of the CAD nut on the sleeve was in a box together. Previous owner was working on it I would guess as the lever has the rod hole welded completely and ready for drilling. The plate shows some heavier oxidation on it but looks usable. The drum has all its dowels and screw threads look good. The sprocket has life left and the shoe races have no gouges or pitting. Shoe linings have a little life left. It has potential.
