Excellent USA made reproductions of 1520-39 type 2 or 1520-48 brass flag terminals. You are purchasing ten of these terminals with each purchase. These started into use either late in or after WW-II but I'm not entirely clear how long these were used. I have seen NOS WLA wiring harnesses with this style of flag terminals but the packaging suggested they were packed for storage after the war.
