You are buying a quantity of two (2) CP-1035 3/8"-24 NF x 3/4" x 9/16" hex bolts. Harley-Davidson OEM #074 (early) 4289 late. For certain these were used as a muffler clamp bolt on 45" solo and Servicar models and I've seen this part number in big twin catalogs but I am uncertain of its application on big twin models.
