You are purchasing a European-Made reproduction of the dash panel speedometer lamp or light knob used from the earliest military WW-II models 1939 to early 1943 on the cat eye dash used with split fat bob tanks. The detail is absolutely correct as the original knob. I realize there were bikes sold for military purposes prior to WW-II, I'm not certain of their finishes, generally I've associated OD green with WW-II and later.
