Spot-on American-made cad plated CP-1038 head bolts for 1948 to 1965 EL, FL, and FLH Panhead models. Correctly heat treated and machined just like the originals, these are stamped CP 1038 on the bolt head. There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions". Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production.
