Not a bad assembly overall. From the ground it measures approx 42" to the top of the stem. From the floor the base of the tree plate is 32.5". Inside measurement between sliders is approx 4.5". It needs the nuts for the tree stem and bearings/dust shields- all relatively cheap and easy things to come across. See photos for details.
