You are purchasing a USA-Made reproduction rubber mounting bracket (OEM# 69013-54) for the jubilee bugle horn used on 1954 to 1964 Harley-Davidson Panhead and 1957 to 1966 XL & XLH Sportster models. This is made from the proper laminated rubber and is a spot-on replacement for the originals. We do also have the correct cad plated OEM# 3791 CP-1038 stamped bolts for this bracket in our store on another listing.
