You are purchasing one USA made reproduction of the tool box mounting bracket for 1935-1939 45" solo RL and WL model Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is for the left hand tool box used between 1935 and 1939. We also sell this kit complete with the frame mounting hardware to attach it to your bike. Parkerizing is nice, but is there more as a rust preventative, you will either parkerize it or shoot it with black enamel which I believe was the correct finish.
