USA Made Reproduction parkerized rear stand mount kit for 1936 to 1938 45" RL and WL flatheads for 1936-1938. My 1941 parts book says the 3060-36 shoulder bolt is used on 1936-1937 61" OHV and UL models and 1937-1938 WL models, however, a new stand 3051-36A for 45" models was introduced in 1936 and was used through 1940, so I can only assume this shoulder bolt would have been used with that particular stand. I do know for certain 45" models did change over to the 3060-38 shoulder bolt for the 19...
