Cad plated springer handlebar pinch bolts and lock washers used from 1936 to 1957 on big twin EL, UL, FL, Sidevalve flathead U, UL, ULH, 45 solo W, WL, WLA, WLC, WR, WLD, WLDR, Servicar, and Panhead. As the bolts are CP-1035, they would be "correct" from roughly 1943 to 1948 or so, but will certainly work for any '36 to '57 style springer handlebar and may well work with pre-1936 Harleys including singles and VL's.
