You are purchasing one USA-made star hub seal kit for Harley-Davidson star hub wheels as used on 1935-1966 45 twin and big twin models including RL, WL, Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead, and UL models. Screws and star washers are parkerized which was correct for WWII years, I'm not 100% certain if that was the finish after those years, check your own restoration reference materials to make sure.
