You are purchasing a four speed transmission mounting kit used on 1936 to 1964 big twin Harleys. As the bolt heads are a mix of CP-1038, CP-1035, and plain head bolts. To my knowledge, a few of the common bolts were shifted over to Chandler Products and would have carried the CP-1035 and/or CP-1038 hallmark on the bolt head during and after WWII.
