This is a 13 fin 1937 or 1938 ULH cylinder (I cannot make out the date code other than "A" and a possible "1"), bore is 3.441 so it should clean up at .030 or .040 over. No broken fins, no skirt issues, manifold or inlet pipe nipple threads are good. Only real issue was a broken exhaust valve guide which will drift out, there was no damage to the cylinder in this area. Intake seat looks very good. Exhaust seat is a bit crusty but the cylinder and head this came with exhibit no signs of corrosion...
