Rare 1970's/1980's ? Kochy’s Suzuki of Middlefield Ohio old license plate frame. Condition is as seen but it should polish up if desired it is as found a bit faded but great for a Rider, one spot where Crome has gone on bottom right corner maybe silver paint pen could make look a bit better, has a nice original patina.
