This listing is for a NEW, OEM, Norton, "Made In England", "clock", instrument, gauge holder. Part # 06-4144. Fitted to all 850's from 1973 to 1977 it holds the tachometer or the speedometer. "speed thermometer" as I was once told by an old Panther owner. Two of these black painted alloy holders were fitted to all 850 models.
