Rolls-Royce brake compensator / equalizer shaft from Phantom 2 or possibly Phantom 3, used, will require overhaul / re-build, so sold as 'parts, not working' If you need one, you likely know its function, but in short, when the foot brake pedal is applied, this shaft equalizes the load exerted on each brake drum to give balanced braking and to help avoid a braking bias.
