This OKO carburetor kit is for Suzuki RL 250 Trials bikes. The original carburetors on these bikes have a flange mount, and over time, most of them have ended up with warped carb bodies. This kit provides everything you need to swap out your old carburetor, including a rubber flange adapter as seen in the photos.
