Update: I can’t find the title so it will have to be bonded title or issue new vin# very easy to do with these scoots, especially if your doing swaps. I have DMV notes from our local agency on what happened. Rare one in a million occurrence I can explain. (A same year Winnebago RV with the exact same 4 vin numbers got scrapped which the title was shadowed to a Vespa scooter) So better to just get new vin.
