Triple Tree for 70s-era Yamaha. It's identical to the tree on my XS650, but the center stem looks like it's for an RD350; they may have been the same otherwise. The fork tube clamps fit 34mm. The handlebar clamps are aftermarket, heavy-duty billet pieces, with a little additional rise and setback, and extra holes for who knows what.
