This chain case came off a 1998 xc 700, it has 40/24 gears and chain with it. It will fit other models and sizes but would need to be geared correctly. Will work for 1998 1999 and 2000 xc 700 wedge or gen 2. Double check fitment on other models to make sure the 98 case is the same. The case hase bolts, nuts, washers and seal. Comes with oil level stick and tensioner. It does not have mounting bolts...
