303Used cylinder head (with cams and cover) from a 2005 Kawasaki STX-15F. This is from an engine that had a rod slash on one cylinder. All broken pieces appeared to stay below the piston line, so the head is not all gouged up (though there may be a few nicks and dings). All valves are there, but I would assume there are some bent/damaged. Also, the last pic shows that two pieces of the cooling rail appeared to break off in the head (should not be a difficult fix).
