Unit is being sold for parts, and does not currently output as expected. Fuses appear intact and functional, so issue lies elsewhere. The plastic shroud to the negative connector has chipped at one side, but remainder of unit appears undamaged and unaffected. Unit appears to have been damaged in a previous shipment incident that also ripped open one end of the box.
