One pair of bolt in c notches. Come with grade 8 bolts. Bolts are 1/2" x 1 1/2'. Made out of 1/4" plate. Will fit 1982-2003 s-10. These will only fit the 2wd truck. Comes with template for easy install. Allows the axle to move up 2 1/4" more. Any questions just ask. Thanks....
