Excellent used Assembly Line GM manual steering coupler. Used on many GM models. 7 row construction that was specific to Manual Steering. Includes the factory stabilizer bar, 12 point mounting screw and the factory GM only ground strap ! There is a little wear on one spot from rubbing on something but rag joint (See last photo) still excellent to re use....
