Honda ATC 250R 85-86 OEM Triple Tree/Steering Stem Item is USED Removed from an 85 ATC 250R. NO STEM NUTS OR WASHERS. Also missing the upper bearing. Otherwise the lower bearing is new; lower has all the OEM bolts and cable guide bracket. Upper has all OEM bolts and handlebar holders with OEM bolts. Good Stem just needs a few parts.
