This is a NOS in original 1997 and later Honda CR-V hard spare tire cover. Includes brand new decal and instructions. Was still in protective wrap when I got it. Will be double boxed and come in original box. Soft material on back is perfect, zipper is perfect and velcro has never been used. This has never been on a car.
