This tow bar and brake controller package was removed from a 2007 Mini Cooper convertible model. My understanding is that the Blue Ox base plate fits 2002 -2008 Mini models (base, Cooper S, and convertible) from 2002-2008. The tow bar includes the base plate, 2 removable hinge points/adapter brackets, lighting socket, compressed air disconnect, and emergency brake pin.
