This Heavy Duty Galvanized Boat Trailer Winch Mount is made of 8 Gauge Steel. This model mounts to 3 inch wide Winch Posts with (2) 3/8 inch diameter U Bolts. If you are needing these U Bolts on a 3" x 3" Winch post, use Galvanized Square 1/2 x 3 x 4 5/16 U Bolts. This Winch Mount is most commonly mounted to Vertical Winch Posts.
